Return Policy

Items purchased with us can be returned on the following conditions:

Wrong Item Received

If something is missing from your delivery or you receive the wrong item, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you want. You must contact us immediately if you need a refund, and you must not open any of the shipments. Afterwards, we’ll have you send the items back to our office, where we’ll give you a full refund using the method you used to buy them.

Items Faulty on Arrival

We also ask that you notify us as soon as possible via the Contact us form or email if any of your purchases arrive damaged. All items must be returned in their original packing, together with any manuals or accessories that came with them. If the problem can be proven to have originated from our end, a replacement will be issued and shipped the exact same day. If you request it, we can also give a complete refund, which will be processed back to the original mode of payment. If the item you sent back is not defective after our inspection, we will send it back to you and you will be responsible for paying the shipping expenses both ways.

Items Damaged in Transit

Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving your order if any of the items appear to have been damaged during shipping. All items returned must be in resalable condition, including having all included accessories and documentation. After we have received the returned item(s), we will either send you a replacement or offer a full refund to the payment method you used to place the order.

If you change your mind

If, within 7 days of purchase or receipt of goods, you change your mind about any item you have ordered and want to return it to us, you may do so in accordance with the Distance Selling Rules. Products must be returned unused and untested, in the same condition they were received by you / were shipped to you. Once again, your original mode of payment will be refunded in full once we have received the returned merchandise.

Open Packages on Arrival

We urge that you please return your purchase if the packaging is damaged during shipping. Once again, you can choose between a refund through the same payment method you originally used, or a replacement product.

Please be aware that there are exceptions to the aforementioned return policy, and that owing to the nature of Stimulants and salts, we cannot accept any return once the product has been opened.
